Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation
- Address employee questions and concerns
- Manage benefits programs and process leave paperwork
- Assist with performance reviews and goal-setting processes
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of employee records
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum three years of human resources experience
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in an HRIS software
Location: This role is 100% onsite in South Bend, IN
Salary: $60,000 - $70,720 depending on experience
